Return Policy

All orders are final unless there is a defect or the item was clearly damaged in shipping.

Special Exception: CD's:
We don't consider a cracked jewel case to be product damage. The combined cost of a new jewel case, the shipping envelope and the increased cost in actual shipping makes it cost prohibitive for us to replace jewel cases that were cracked in shipping. We will do out best to prevent this from happening, but we cannot account for what may happen once the packaged CD enters the shipping process.

We don't swop out apparel sizes. If you receive a shirt or sweatshirt and the size you ordered does not fit, we are not able to swop the product out for another size. There are number of reasons for this, including: condition of the item when returned, stock of them item in the store and increased cost in the actual shipping of the product from you to the store and from the store back to you.

Damaged Merchandise

Shipping Information
Domestic orders usually take around 5 business days to process and ship. Actual shipping time is usually 3 to 5 business days. If your order has further delays, you will be notified by email or phone. All orders leaving our warehouse are shipped though United Postal Service.
